What size are my meals?
All meals come in 32-ounce reusable containers. The Slim & Trim Package is typically 3-4 ounce servings per item. The Fit & Flex meals are 5-6 ounce servings per item.
How do I know which meal package to order?
If your goals are to lose weight, eat healthy or maintain your current weight, you’re most likely geared towards the Slim & Trim meal package. If you endure intense workouts 3-5 days a week, want to bulk or just need a little more fuel for your body, you’re on the right track with the Fit & Flex meal package.
Do you offer a Low Carb Option?
Yes, please select this option from the drop-down tab when placing your order.
Can I customize my order?
Our standard meal plans are available with a Gluten Free, a Dairy Free, and a Low Carb option. Please note any food allergies in the text box provided at the END of checkout.
When do I need to place my order by?
Orders need to be placed by Thursday at 6pm
What if I miss the deadline to place my order?
Late orders will not be accommodated. The deadline to place your order is on Thursday at 6pm.
Where will my meals be prepared?
All meals are prepared fresh for you in a certified commercial kitchen in Ocala, Florida.
When will I receive my meals?
Orders placed by Thursday at 6pm will be ready for pick on Sunday between 3pm-5pm or delivered at your choice of Sunday evening, Monday, or Tuesday.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver within a 20-mile radius of our kitchen in Ocala, FL 34475
Do I need to be home when meals are delivered?
If you are a subscribing customer, you do not need to be home at the time of delivery. Subscribing customers will receive their meals, delivered to their doorstep, in an insulated thermo bag. It is your responsibility to leave this cooler bag at your front door on Sunday so that we can trade these bags out when we deliver Sunday afternoon, Monday, or Tuesday. We will make every attempt to work with you on this and remind you of these procedures. For any non-returned thermo bags there will be a $10 charge.

If you are a week by week customer, your meals will be delivered to your doorstep in a brown paper bag. We will provide an estimated time of arrival for your delivery, and we ask that you are home to receive and refrigerate your meals at this time. Questions about this? Send us an email!

How Do I reheat my meals?
Meals are conveniently packaged in microwave safe containers. Your meals are fully cooked and can be eaten hot or cold.

To microwave from frozen, warm in the microwave for 2 minutes, stir, warn an additional 2 minutes.

To reheat thawed meals, microwave your meals for about 60 – 90 seconds.

Times may vary according to your microwave.

How long do meals last?
Meals last 4-5 days in the refrigerator and 90 days in the freezer

What is better fresh or frozen meals?

This is to your own discretion. Most people freeze their meals to ensure that they don’t go bad. When you place food in the fridge bacteria can grow. When you place food in the freezer, bacteria cannot grow.

All thawed meals should be consumed within 4-5 days.

What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your subscription, you must notify our customer service department via email by 6pm on Thursday. Changes or cancellations made after this time will not be honored.
Pick-up or Delivery
Meals are picked up on each Sunday between the hours of 3pm-5pm.

Our kitchen is located at 809 N. Magnolia Ave, Ocala, Fl 34475 (right down from the Ocala Square). Upon arriving to the kitchen, please ring the doorbell and we will let you in.

Delivery is free within 10 miles of our kitchen.

All deliveries that are outside of the 10-mile radius will be charged a $5 delivery fee.

We deliver Sun between 4pm-8pm, Monday & Tuesday. You can choose which day your meals are delivered.
